The Supreme Court connected Monday denied a bid from erstwhile Kentucky region clerk Kim Davis to entreaty her $100,000 damages suit and get the justices to revisit the landmark 2015 determination successful Obergefell v Hodges.

The tribunal did not explicate its decision.
